Business conditions:

1. Transporting conditions:

a. Orders made at web pages www.rebi-nail.sk and www.akzet-nail.sk are

official. By ordering the packages, the costumer proves, that s/he has

read the terms of use and conditions, and agreed with them.

b. The costumer can make legal orders only after registration, by

giving his/her address and the billing address. When registering the costumer

has to fill out the registration sheet. The costumer

can give different billing and transporting address, so s/he can send

gifts to other people too. When ordering, the costumer has to put the

goods into the ordering box and later fill out the billing and

transporting options. By giving the address, the computer

automatically calculates the transporting fees.

2. Canceling the order

Canceling the order is available just in special cases, and just by

the permission of the seller. The returned goods will be accepted just

in case, if they are in the original box, in the same

condition.

But:

a. the goods must be send back in 14 days

b. the transporting expenses are paid by the costumer

c. goods sent back by the costumer are analised.

If the condition of the goods is not in 100% state, the seller sends

them back to the costumer,who must pay the bill in 30 days time.

In these cases the bill includes all the posting fees also.

3. Personal data security

The data, which are given by the costumer during the process of

registration, will be archived on pages www.rebi-nail.sk and

www.akzent-nail.sk.

The data will be protected by the right of the Slovak law.

With registering, the costumer agrees, that the company can inform him/her

about the sales and new products.

4. Paying options

After filling out the registration sheet, orders made at web pages

www.rebi-nail.sk or www.akzent-nail.sk will be delivered by the

following:

When sending collect the products, all the plus expenses will be paid

by the costumer.

When paying in cash, we are ready to serve you in our shop in Komárno.

All the prices include the 19% VAT. As dealers, we keep the right to

change the prices, without any cause.

5. Transporting

The transporting time depends on wether we have the product on hand,

or we have to order it.

If the product is on hand, the delivery time is 2 days, by UPS.

If the product is sent by post, the delivery time is 3-4 days.

6. Warranty options

The costumer gets the warranty letter together with the product.

In some cases, the receipt can serve as a warranty letter, so please,

save your receipt, at least for the time of guarantee.
